Letting your hair down

I love designing playful cabins and studios which relate directly to their landscape setting and the provide spaces where my clients can relax, pursue a hobby and be at one with nature.

A cabin occupies the territory between building and garden, the man-made and nature and as a qualified landscape architect they give me the opportunity to draw on both aspects of my training; the years of working as an architect and the more recent experience of working with the landscape. Always a joy to design and inhabit, they give the opportunity to get back to basics and explore natural materials and simple pleasures.
